The only reason Mitch has never been investigated for ethical and fiscal corruption is because he's too powerful to be subject to such legal scrutiny . . . of course it helps that he's got something on everyone . . . except as it turned out, something on Trump. This is why he's rushed into retirement before Trump re-takes the oath of office.
