I am all for hiring the mentally ill, but it should be done with more thoughtfulness. The job shouldn't mock their illness and should be something that lifts them up. Putting them on public display to be mocked is wrong and jaguar should be ashamed.
"Madmen" had a great episode where a account exec for Jaguar advertising decides to commit suicide using carbon dioxide poisoning, and the phucking Jag they gave him won't start !
(And those were set back in the 60's)
