And lastly, his buffs is that his armor is bullet proof, blast resistant, and could overtime regenerate. He also could use his own body as a advantage, mainly his bladed gauntlets and his brute strength to overpower OCs.

Ribeye, has basically anything you can think of in his pockets, and is stupidly lucky.

Intelligence: 8, seems to know about certain things that he really shouldn't, and knows about many magics and fighting styles.

Weapons: 10, he has a strange gimmick where he can pull nearly anything out of his pockets, from powerful magic artifacts to heavy firearms, and he somehow knows almost exactly what to pull out at most given times.

Arsenal: mainly a huge combat knife, but also wields a tesla gauntlet that hits harder and can discharge huge blasts of static (in other words, lightning) with ridiculous range. Also capable of discharging more focused lightning by channeling it through the knife.
His electric backpack can also grant him a surge of energy on command, enhancing speed, agility, and even reaction speed for almost half an hour. This comes at a rather hefty cost of a large cooldown, taking more than 3 hours to recharge.
