I hate to break it to you, but George Washington's dead now. And the world has changed an awful lot since he died. Maybe if George Washington saw the world we lived in now, he'd understand why we made the choices we made.
America was not excited to get involved in World War II, but we had to get involved after the Japanese attacked us at Pearl Harbor. And since Japan and Germany were on the same side, we had to go to war with Germany. If we had not gone to war with Germany, Germany might have taken over the whole world and killed all the Jewish people. Is that what you want?
