Aiden: pretty alright

“How long have you worked here?”

Aiden: only for a month

“Oh, have you been in the city for long?”

“I’ve been here pretty much my whole life.”

Echo: What's wrong? *she smiles sacrastically*

“Is there a reason you’re asking me this?”

*She walks over, smiling* Hi

*I smile* Alright then

*he was slightly confused as to why she asked*
“What time, and where?”

Right after work, Silver Moon Cafe

“Umm, okay. I’ll be there.”

Swiss was a trained assassin, simply using this job as a half assed explanation to explain the massive amounts of cash they’ve been making. So here they were. During their lunch break, Alex would suddenly notice a shadow at the corner of his eye as Swiss stood awkwardly behind him with two cups of coffee in hand.

(Swiss was 5’4 with a slightly muscular build [that I can’t draw] as a result of rigorous training, I can’t make up my mind on their eye color so for this they had yellowish amber eyes.)

*Alex got a bit spooked and turned around to see him*

Swiss was good at killing people but talking to them? Eh…not so great. “I have coffee. It’s for you. Well- it wasn’t for you. But now it is. Here.” They stuck a cup of coffee in front of his face, looking at him with a wide eyed awkward stare.

*he looked awkwardly at him*
“Umm, what’s the flavor?”

“Uh…coffee.” They looked at it. “There’s nothing in it. Don’t worry. Just- It’s a gift. For friendship.” They put it on his desk.

“Thanks-“

“You’re welcome.” Swiss cleared their throat before taking a sip of their coffee. An awkward silence drew out the room. “You have blue eyes. Quite uh…vibrant.”

“Y-Yeah, it runs in my family.”

“Interesting. My boyfriend has blue eyes. They’re more pale blue though.” They looked back at him, their usual analytical gaze almost robotically scanning over him. “Interesting. My family-” They caught themself. Well their family were all assassins and they couldn’t exactly tell him that,* “Curly hair usually runs in my family. The only one that doesn’t have it is my brother,”

“Oh, I see.” *takes the coffee and sips*

“Mhm.” They tapped their foot. “So! What all do you like?” Swiss’d face stretcher into a forced grin as they realized that they were getting nowhere with the conversation and decided to get straight to the point.

“Umm, I guess I play the violin-“
