Well yes, male and female
Thing is tho, all the other sexes are basically abnormalities of the male and female sexes

You're forgetting intersex people.

Those are gender abnormalities and are not directly intended in the biology of human beings to be made, even if they don’t cause death to the fetus. Klinefelter’s, for example, reduces the person’s life expectancy, which would never be done in an intentional manner by biology. Furthermore, they should not be treated as significant sexes and have virtually no real meaning in the argument, when considering what the individual who asked the question was referring to. It’s an insignificant “science lesson” that isn’t useful at all when talking about a purely ethical issue.

Also, conservatives aren’t being “willfully ignorant” by asking that, or at least I don’t think so. They never chose in that case to not want to believe in things. The person’s response, if they had one, wasn’t even included in the image. You can call them ignorant, sure, but asserting that they are willfully so is also in fact ignorant.

What this person seems to be implying based on their query is that the model form of human being should only come in two forms, of the male sex and the female sex. Anything else — intersex, X, XXY, XYY, and XXXY — is something they believe is purely genetic abnormality and should not be normalized, and should be medically treated. Which is a very reasonable argument that I happen to agree with.

There is an indefinite but certainly nonbinary number of genders, but those only pertain to feeling. I think we should try to be mentally cogent about at least what is healthy and normal and what isn’t. Because if you assert that there are in fact six sexes, then you treat four kinds of mutations, which should be known as objectively bad things, as something normal, of which one could come to the conclusion that these four sexes then do not require medical treatment.

Ehhhh... the difference between what's considered an anomaly and the norm is distributive prevalence... but that's really neither here nor there; I suspect what the post is meant to convey is that arguments of "only two" don't stand up to the facts. As far as "mutations, which should be known as objectively bad things" goes, humans arrived at what they are because of advantageous/beneficial mutations soooo... it's a little early to say yea or nay on something we've only just discovered, relatively speaking.

Dodson is a scientist, therefore his knowledge matters more than your opinion. He knows if they even can be treated, and if so, whether or not they should is to be decided by the person and their doctor, not you.

Lastly, normal is not a synonym of moral.

What do you mean by “normal is not a synonym of moral”?
1 up, 1mo
I mean the fact that something is normal doesn't mean it's good, and the fact that something is abnormal doesn't mean it's bad or evil.

Do you not know what a synonym is
