my parents fight sometimes and sometimes things get broken and i got traumatized from it and thats why i dont like loud noises and yelling, if somebody yells at me i start to cry

I get in the most trouble during arguments because my yells are deep as hell and sound somewhat demonic. (I don't even start the arguments)
