First off, if you think black people aren't shooting up white grocery stores, you've never been to chicago ghettos, where even black people don't feel safe getting gas across the street from a church bc the whole area is dangerous.
Second, this is a very selective depiction of violence. It doesn't mention that the right isn't shooting at presidents. It doesn't mention that the right isn't burning down buildings and historical figures they don't like. It doesn't mention that missing child posters are getting torn down by leftists on college campuses bc they're describing a Jewish kid, which is contradictory to their pro-Palestine trend. It doesn't mention how left wingers have openly wished on social media for all pro-trump hispanics to get deported, and for all pro-trump women to be abused by their husbands and the law. it doesn't mention how left wingers have literally said "where's John Wilkes Booth when you need him".
It even doesn't mention the pure hostility you get in a progressive room for the crime of simply being a straight white Christian male, or the fact that the news is constantly complaining about the fact that there's "too many" of them and that's why Trump won in 2016 and 2024, bc of "that darned white male vote". Imagine if Harris won and someone said that about black lesbians. They'd get canceled for racism and sexism faster than celebrities piled up to endorse Kamala in droves after she likely promised them she'd keep the Diddy party lists buried. It's culturally okay now to hate people for the color of their skin if they're white. And that's not okay. No racism should be okay. No sexism should be okay.
The alt-right is violent, but so is the far-left, and arguably slightly more so. The difference is that most of the right doesn't associate themselves with the alt-right. The left just deems whatever they want to push atm as what is acceptable within the culture, and anything that deviates from it is automatically alt-right, even liberalism. This is one reason Trump won. America is tired of that BS and they were ready to "turn the page on the hateful rhetoric".
