What actually happened is that dems changed the law to they could bring suit against him past of normal statute of limitations, cannot say the day or ever year that this happened, could not provide any evidence of Trumps presence, couldn't provide any evidence that an assault took place.
Despite this they found him liable for sexual assault and defamation anyway, but not guilty of rape.
