When Reagan was president, I wonder if anyone wanted to repeal the 22nd amendment of the United States Constitution so that Reagan could serve a third term. The problem with term limits is that if you get someone great, voters have to say goodbye to them even if they want to serve longer and voters believe they could continue to improve things by serving longer.
