There was a State Department Memo, written by NeoCon Chicken Hawk Brian Hook, to explain "Human Rights" to Rex Tillerson. It stated in plain language, the official-unofficial policy of the US Government. We ONLY talk about the (alleged - often bullshit) Human Rights abuses of our enemies. We never mention, even the proven Human Rights abuses of our allies (unless we want to pressure them, into following our orders, better).
"The International Community" is constantly shrinking... And the bodies are ALL-rigged by the Empire.
