so basically
Dr. Bolt was trying to come up with something to create to attack the party
and he overheard Sparky's iPad, which got his attention
He was watching a video about one of those impossible boxes
The ones that turn themselves off
so he thought that he could make a machine that would keep itself ON all the time
he just randomly in the game comes by and drops this in
not even in his chapter he just tosses it at them
To beat it you have to knock off the top panel and then the arm that sits under it
then you flip it's switch
