It's kind of a W and kind of a L because while Trump's stopping the transgender surgeries on kids and is going after Big Pharma for pushing gender affirmation surgeries to so many people (which is why the transgender suicide rate is so high, because so many people regret getting surgery) and is ignoring some of their downsides, he's also stopping them form happening in general which is bad to trans people that actually need it.

>Have a documented history of gender dysphoria
>Know what is involved in the surgery (informed consent)
>Have a mental health evaluation
>Have to make sure mental and physical health conditions are well-managed
>Have to have completed hormone therapy
and
>Have to have lived in a gender role congruent to your gender identity for at least 12 months
