One would think legislators that blatantly break their oaths are afforded wonderful things like due process and constitutional rights concerning the accused. . .except they don't get any of that and expected to go straight to the 6' hole in the ground. . .the Founders did not screw around on that kind of thing while writing the Constitution.

Due process is necessary and probably more punitive for Limelight seekers. The more they can be
driven into the light and made example of, the better. BUT ... there's definitely a place for Military
Tribunals. Some who've had High Clearance may be Highly Traitorous.
