To vent, basically you just need to talk about how you feel. Talk with someone you trust, and they could help you more than I can. Just talk about how you have lost interest in things you usually like to do. Talk about how you feel discouraged, and if you want to vent, I live in the country, so I go outside and do things, such as chopping down trees and smashing rocks. If you live in the city or suburbs, you could listen to music, play an action video game (supposedly not online, that makes people more angry), or you could take a moment to breathe. To make you feel furthermore in a better position, go to the person you trust or to the person that's putting stress on you and talk to them about that stress. Hopefully this helps.
