i learned this in health class but i have short term memory

unless it was a go***mn heartattack then i doubt it

stress leads to premature health. anxiety leads to panic attacks, which when not quickly calmed down can suffocate or indirectly damage the body.

ive had several prolongued panic attacks

well maybe she comitted rash suicide, or just left to confuse us. i really hope it's the second one.

or she left for other reasons out of her control, or perhaps she decided to quit cold turkey
