Be careful notvtobrub yourveyes because they will burn. Maybe use gloves and wait seeing as you've never used it until your pores close after the shower, if that's when you use it. Massage it in. I've been using it so long now, I sometimes if it’s real rough will use it after a hot shower. I just don't want to cause you anymore pain than what you are in. Otherwise bathe away. Note: it has a menthol type of smell, but when I need it, frankly, I don’t care.
