Actually while DEI is patently racist and misandrist -- against White males whom are not party line WOKE beta-males -- at the lower end scale of things diversity hires wash out due to intense competition between themselves for jobs on a large scale.
When ONLY DEI hiring is allowed for a very wide job pool selection then the quality and dedication of the workers generally rise. This is because they are exclusively competing against one another and so -- ironically -- meritocracy inside that racially and ethnically locked system occurs.
Of course straight white males refusing to play by WOKE standards still get screwed into the ground . . . but . . . meh . . . the omelets and the eggs answer applies I suppose.
