I made it because one of my brother seems to be siding with fascism. Something our family had to run from in the previous generation while living in Spain. He justified his support for Spanish fascism because of the republic's failure to control the lawlessness towards Catholic clergy by radicals. I was surprised given our family history where we were targeted by the fascists for being Americans. I reminded him that he had stood up before our stars and stripes many times and with hand over heart pledged allegiance to the republic for which it stands for.
