the only reason you're awake is because there is a f**k ton of adrenaline flowing through your veins, the reason your stomach is hurting is because the adrenaline causes stress and when you're stressed for long periods of time your stomach starts to hurt, the reason your head hurts is because when you don't get enough sleep your body makes a protein that significantly lowers your pain threshold causing an almost migraine like headache and or muscle pain
