So no you can’t just file for asylum and get ssi and even then IF YOU ARE GRANTED ASYLUM YOU ARE CONSIDERED A LEGAL IMMIGRANT.

It literally says that you have to have a disability, be a Native American/canadian, have 40 work credits (ie ten years of work.) or be a victim of human trafficking.
And even then there is a cap of 7 years of SSI aid in most circumstances.

Your own source disproves your claim.
