Well here’s the thing with your madness and Medic’s madness
You don’t know that you do bad things, sense you have mental problems and The Pyrovision goggles, and those things make you think that you are helping people, when in reality you’re burning them to death
Medic, on the other hand, KNOWS he does bad things and chooses to do them, like performing horrible medical experiments on people and selling his (and EVERYONE ELSE’S) soul to The Devil
