I assume you're in a flight 3 band or above (or just in a band whose numbers go above 100)
I envy you, because we cannot have nice equipment in our town. To us, winning is to make states, regardless of placement. We have 36 band students, several of whom do not show up. If I were in any other band, because I've been trained on several instruments, I would be considered one of the best members in the band. But in our small band, I am of normal quality. And yet according to seniors I carry.
I just want to be able to play instruments that won't fall apart if you mess with them too much
