The pic reminds me of one of the "find 10 things wrong with this pic" gags, the grill is not turned on, no smoke no flames, about to serve a raw burger to someone brown because it's old meat, not cooked further evidenced by the unmelted cheese. There's no soy burgers anywhere in sight, and we can see just how insulated an elite is to the real world as he has no idea how to cook a burger and is about to kill a guest with either E-Coli from an undercooked burger, heart disease from the burger if they survive that, or shitty service at the hospital from Obamacare after being admitted for food poisoning.
