You grossly exaggerate the power of words here. Telling someone "You have achieved none of your dreams" would be hurtful if it was true, but if it was false, it would either have no effect or cause the person to say "Oh yes I have."
A lot of people naively think they can talk their way or write their way into or out of anything. I hope that I have succeeded in showing you that you really can't.
