think about it this way: since there were two assassination attempts on him recently, he would be dead by now from a third if he was really working there since it's much harder to secure a random mcdonald's that anyone can drive into with a gun in the car that you can't check for
Your point being? Politicians have done photo ops since there have been cameras -- or sketch artists for the newspapers. The restaurant was "open", just not open to random customers. Cars were pre-screened by secret service as well they should be. There was no indication this was a 'random' thing and no one believes it was. it was not portrayed to be.
At least these were REAL customers and REAL employees... unlike Kamala's kicking out patrons from a restaurant and replacing them with bussed in actors to create a 100% fake (like her) image.
Then you got ONE thing right. The store was briefly closed. Congrats. The SS (not Trump) closed the restaurant for protection once it was secured. No one is passing it off as real. They are "passing it off" as exactly what it appears to be. Trump interacting with real customers and real employees. No harm, no foul.
