Honestly, I personally just have a problem with Blastoise. I just think that Lapras would have been better as a Squirtle evolution, which, if I remember correctly, it was originally going to be. I just think it makes more sense to go from "cyan turtle with more water" to "turtle with a more wave-based design" to the literal surf Pokemon than it does to become GUN TURTLE.
