as a guy who's interested in military uniforms, i also gotta mention the sheer amount of barely-hidden extremism that some military games go to (i've seen a lot while looking for uniforms, don't ask lol)
like, most of them don't even try to disguise themselves and end up looking like a mildly recolored ripoff of either the national-socialists or the communists
