Kinda tough for me. Lucario is my favorite Pokémon, so I want to say mega lucario, but then there is Rayquaza, my channel mascot, and then there is Gallade, Gyarados, Absol, and Sceptile.

ash greninja, or 100% zygarde, and if those don't count then mega rayquaza (it looks cool, it being op is just a bonus)
