A bunch of stuff got leaked, including scrapped stories from the gen 4 games. One of them was the creation story of the universe. However, four or five of them are Pokémon X Human stories.

Yes. There are more stories though, and they all appear to be based off mythology stories.

The other stories where there is Pokémon x Human involve slaking, Rapidash, and octillary, and supposedly there is an ursarang one out there somewhere.
