LA was always fun to visit but I liked San Diego best.

What made San Diego better?

Hmmm... good question. San Diego was, when I lived there, paradise. LA is, well, LA. I guess the difference was the size. San Diego was where you live and LA was where you went for Hollywood type entertainment.

Honestly, the weather, mountains and the beaches were heaven in San Diego. The smog was so bad in LA I didn't even know there was a mountain on the east side. Lol. Didn't see it until I was headed to Vegas one day.

We heard about LA violence a lot more than local violence but there are a lot of crimes in San Diego too. Cities are prone to violence.... you know what? That's not true. What's true is it SEEMS like there's more violence in cities because there are more people but we have violent crimes in the country too. I think it's per capita. If your city has ten serial killers it'll seem bad compared to the town with just one serial killer.

We were always safe and we didn't live in a gated community but there were parts of the city where you knew weren't the safest.

San Diego is WAAAAY cleaner than LA. I was going to say LA was dirtier but it felt ... rude.

Nah, even Riverside is kinda nasty… has killer Indian food tho
