i agree absolutely. and i'm sure you agree absolutely that even the Governor is bound by the laws that specify when evident non-citizens can be removed from the rolls. so, if the State's AG can show that the roll purge was done before the 90 day pre-election period, it should be an open and shut case. if it was done after the 90 day deadline, it should be an open and shut case.
