Omg, I remember I had this REALLY nice underground home from a world that I sadly lost somehow... it was basically just a door in a hill that led into a cave which I partially dug out, made some rooms in and such.
The location was absolutely beautiful, underneath a dark oak forest which was separated by a river with a spruce forest right on the other side. I ended up making another entrance to this really nice backyard with a view of the river, obscured by trees and sugarcane where I put my farm, and behind it was this tiny pond in the corner, it looked so pretty.
I even had cats, foxes, parrots from a jungle that I ventured out to find. And a villager that I kept around the farm after being the only one to spawn in a small village across the river.
