If they appear with another alt anywhere in a stream you own or follow, ban them and remove their comments if it’s in a modded stream and downvote and flag them if it’s the other situation.

But you can also memechat me in case you think you’ve found a blue alt. I recognise Abigal’s behavior very easily.
