a spirit of weirdness. LIKE tons of unfolded mail-in ballots.

Audit the computer code. That is where the actual counting takes place. For the counting process to be OBSERVED, the code must be dissected.

IT STARTS WITH THE ROLLS ... they take those names who are registered but Don't Vote or Can't Vote (dead) or Moved as a pool of fraudulent 'voters'. BUT EVEN THEN...they are still known to OVERVOTE by heavy percentages ... so you get 120% of registered voters ! - happened often during 2020...
