FEMA has spent nearly 1 billion on illegal invaders. The invaders have come accross the border illegally due to the open borders policy the current administration set in place. Illegals are murdering, robbing, raping and committing many other crimes within our country. FEMA, along with the United State Federal Government is spending hundreds of millions, if not billions, of our taxes to house, clothe, feed, provide "free" medical care and provide credit to these invaders.

It isn't about whether FEMA ran out of money for disaster relief, it's about why people like you believe it's a good thing to legally steal legal American's money in the form of taxes and spend huge amounts of it on illegal invaders and not spend that money on actual Americans who are in desperate need of it.
