Type: Psychic and dragon; The thing about Esper is that they possess an incredibly high level of intelligence for a Pokemon much less an Ultra beast thing increase in intelligence has made it harder to contain and control. They’re thick scales also make it difficult to get blood samples off of it due to the durability…not that we could get close to it anyway…it’s psychic abilities has greatly improved since its capture….like it’s getting smarter there is no guarantee that it won’t breech the containment we’ve already set up. It’s more or less a coin toss wether it wants to stay or go but for now we’ll keep betting on heads.
