The first image is based on a logical understanding of His atonement, doesn't factor in His character & is incorrect. The second does factor in His character & makes; some good points but still misses the spiritual part. God is eternal & unbound by time so He can work in eternity. Man is limited by time & can only work in their temporal lives. The eternal is unconditional & the temporal is conditional; Both are true
