What's comical is Biden trying trying to shift the blame on Congress for only approving $20.6 Billion.
What they aren't telling you, is The $20.6 Billion was to extend the 2024 budget to the end of the year. What was initially authorized for 2024 (according to FEMA AUG 2024 report) was $42Billion before the extension. With the $20Billion, that brings the total authorized for 2024 is $62Billion.
So where did $42 Billion go?
