well, for me if a convo is engaging I can just center myself on it, and if it isn't, I ignore it

If that were true for me I'm almost never engaged

Frustrating
And I tend to care a bit too much about my own judgments. Like if I find someone frustrating I'll actively wish for them to die and stop being an annoyance and I will get into fights for people I find engaging.
