I kinda disagree with the rule, to the extent that just because one or two people are uncomfortable with something you shouldn't shut that down for everybody else. If people can't handle stuff that's even slightly NSFW they shouldn't have the NSFW filter off, and in this scenario things should always be NSFW marked if they go into that category
