Because it’s backwards compatible with Xbox One and Series X, so still anyone can play it.

The way you get around this egregious price hike is to actually buy a used copy. I got lucky at Game Stop and it was $15.

Btw you are damn lucky to have Gamestop stores close by, there was one here in Umeå that had loads of games and such but it disappeared for no reason

Plus if you buy a used copy, Activision doesn’t get any of the money so win-win.
