I’m thinking of making the I-URS an actual thing in bossfights but this time with some pretty serious power limitations. The I-URS will not be able to give 100% Collector a run for his money, they would actually get annihilated by 100% Collector… however, they would be able to overwhelm divine beings such as Inkmatas and/or Peyton.

The I-URS is not a significant thing in bossfights but if you ever feel like using them then you are free to use them as long as they do not get snapped out of existence

Lawful Neutral. The I-URS is Lawful Neutral. They do not care if they are forcing someone like Inkmatas to pay their taxes by force, they just care that they are upholding order
