Its kinda sad the way DA's "Forum shop". And its not just what the Democrat DA's did to try and stop Trump either! This was also used in the case of George Floyd's fatal drug overdose by finding an appropriate Judge to run with the Democrat / BLM agenda, to disallow certain evidence that clearly proved his death was from an massive overdose, such as the REAL Medical Examiners report showing the huge amount of fentanyl / other drugs in his system, Police BC showing the baggie in his mouth, as well proving his airway was in fact clear, otherwise he could not have screamed out that "I cannot breathe".
