What’s the perspective? (Sorry it just looks more like a motion/action shot rather than perspective/angle)

its how the paw / hand looks bigger so it looks like its closer to you, Im kinda new at perspective is sorry if its bad lol

Actually motion/action shot can be a perspective shot, it basically means at a special angle that is more difficult to draw which adds a sort of 3d effect
