I actually kinda like the inclusion of the fem-stodes TBH

I don't tbh. I didn't see a reason for them to be added, we already had the Sisters of Silence and the Sisters of Battle. And I really don't think the Emperor would have taken any females to be Custodes, because there's not really that high of a chance for a female to be as strong as the males the emperor had as the aspirants.

he is the f**kin emperor tho. also there are plenty of women who would 100% pass aspirant training and the following tests and stuff. i like to imagine that fem-stodes are just rarer than male ones, but they still exist

Which would make sense, however, they're not really female, since the custodes go through bone and structure reshaping if I remember correctly.

bone reshaping wouldn't make them not female. that is like calling Trans women not real women

Apologies, I worded it wrong. My mind is foggy right now, I'm sick. What I'm trying to say is they're not female as we'd think of a female. They're... more masculine and indestinguishable from the male custodes. And plus they should all be wearing helmets, it looks cooler imo
