They are the same person, “Deku” it’s a nickname given by other characters (or I don’t know if it’s his middle name or smth)

Well, maybe not if you pay close attention but I compared two clips of N screaming and Midoriya screaming (Midoriya is called Izuku but he’s usually called Deku) and both sound fairly close by having high pitched voices (kind of)
