The current American administration (Joe Biden & Kamala Harris) have a program gratuitously called "Build Back Better." Well, sadly it has led to groceries... well, almost everything costing 20-50% more than they did since the day the took over (January 20, 2021). Well, they failed, but my meme is not political. I'm appropriating the words of their failure to describe this scene. Someone built a rest area with a park bench underneath where loose rocks fall. (DUMB) To aid my humor, I used the ignorant term "Worser" which is an archaic, nonstandard, substandard word that means “worse” —to emphasize how stupid it was to put the rest area there. They say if you hafta explain a joke then it ain't funny. But I am an English Major and well there you go... Thanks! Upvoted your comment.

Thanks, also now that I get it I do find it funny. That saying that 'if you have to explain a joke then it's not funny' is kinda wrong since you need to understand the joke to find it funny in the first place.
