Dude the Donald boss fight was so hard. how was anyone able to no hit it?

If you time it just right, you can parry the Quackattack, leaving him open for attack.

Ohhh thats why it was glowing before it hit.

But how do you beat the Minnie boss without getting hit by the Bow staff? I could never figure it out.

If you fire at the bow rapidly before it hits you, its get pushed back and knocks out Minnie for a couple seconds
