If the government can't require separate designs for identification between immigrants and citizens like they do with minors, and make it so voters can't use a governmental issued ids, it seems that specific voter IDs to vote would be another scam to empty the pockets of hard working citizens. Just another id to purchase and renew... Or if they have free registration and IDs then that makes more sense.
